Whether you call it the first day of spring or the first day of fall, March 20th is the International Day of Happiness.
The United Nations picked March 20th because of its special significance, falling as it does on the vernal equinox.
Like New Year’s Day, this day is special, so why not celebrate it in like style?
Have a happy party…then make a Happiness Day Resolution.
Happiness Day Resolution
Resolve on this day that for every day this next year, you’ll actively pursue just one action that helps make your life happier, more fulfilled, and satisfying.
Happiness is when your life fulfills your needs, so choose something that helps you develop in some area that is both important to you and not well fulfilled.
To help you choose, in honor of the International Day of Happiness, we’re offering free access to our Happiness Planner™ Discovery Edition!
If you’re already signed up for the Planner, we encourage you to make that resolution and, to help motivate you and inspire others, how about leaving a comment and let us know what action you’re going to take.
Better still, Tweet #HappinessDay #Resolution it with a link to this article (you’ll get a chance to edit the tweet before sending).
Remember, you are responsible for your happiness and without action there is no reaction. Go make this Day of Happiness yours.
